The Show List feature transforms the normal editing window by adding a list pane and filtering tools. The list pane shows the entity records which match your current filtering criteria. Select any record in the list pane to load it in the editing area.
Browse a list of entity records
Browse records to compare them or to perform data analysis.
- In the Navigation pane, highlight the entity folder that you want to browse records for.
- In the HD view, double-click a record to open it.
- Select
> File > Show List or press Ctrl+L.
- Apply filters as desired to limit the list of entity records.
- Browse the remaining records.
- To view non-adjacent records in the list, successively highlight the records in the list pane.
- To view adjacent records, highlight a record in the list pane, then use your up and down arrow keys to navigate the records or use the navigation buttons in the toolbar to move through the records.
- To hide the list pane, select > File > Show List again.
